Preparing the Blackened Chicken
- 1
Seasoning the Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and generously coat them with blackening seasoning on all sides.
- 2
Cooking the Chicken
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

- 3
Heating the Cream
In a saucepan over medium heat, pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Adding Cheese and Seasoning
Once simmering, whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
Assembling the Flatbread
- 5
Preheating the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 6
Layering Ingredients
On each piece of flatbread, spread a generous amount of the Parmesan cream, then layer sliced blackened chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded mozzarella, and blue cheese.
- 7
Baking
Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 8
Garnishing
Remove from the oven and top with micro greens before slicing and serving.
