Method

Cooking the Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and whisk together with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a nonstick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook to your desired style (scrambled, fried, or poached), about 3-5 minutes.

Cooking the Meat

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the 4 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Cooking the Side

  1. 4

    Prepare the Hash Browns

If using frozen hash browns, follow package instructions. If using fresh, shred potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with a little oil until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Baking the Biscuit

  1. 5

    Prepare the Biscuit Dough

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of biscuit mix and 0.75 cups of milk until a soft dough forms. Fold in 0.25 cups melted butter.

  2. 6

    Bake the Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
