Preparation of Bananas

Peel and Slice Bananas
Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into diagonal pieces, about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking Sauce

Melt Butter
In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it starts to bubble.

Add Brown Sugar
Stir in the brown sugar into the melted butter and mix well until it begins to dissolve and form a smooth sauce.

Add Bananas
Gently add the sliced bananas to the skillet, making sure they are well coated with the sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes, allowing them to caramelize slightly.
