Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. 3

    Add Spinach and Artichokes

Fold in the chopped spinach and drained artichoke hearts into the mixture.

  4. 4

    Season the Dip

Add the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

  5. 5

    Add Cheese

Stir in 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, reserving the remaining half cup for topping.

  6. 6

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.

  7. 7

    Top with Cheese

Sprinkle the reserved Monterey Jack cheese over the top of the dip.

  8. 8

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

    Cook Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 11

    Fry Pasta

Working in batches, add the cooked bow tie pasta to the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
