Flatbread Base

Method

Prepare the Parmesan Cream

  1. 1

    Make the Parmesan Cream

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Flatbreads

  1. 2

    Preheat and Oil the Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush them lightly with olive oil.

  2. 3

    Add Toppings

Evenly distribute the shaved apples over each flatbread. Top with crisp prosciutto slices, followed by a handful of micro greens.

  3. 4

    Drizzle with Parmesan Cream

Drizzle the prepared Parmesan cream over the top of the flatbreads, ensuring an even coverage.

Bake and Serve

  1. 5

    Bake the Flatbreads

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden and crispy.

  2. 6

    Serve Warm

Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Slice into pieces and serve warm, garnished with additional micro greens if desired.
