Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash the fresh strawberries and blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Remove the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauces

If using store-bought sauces, ensure they are at room temperature for easy pouring. If making homemade sauces, prepare them according to your recipe and allow them to cool.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Whipped Cream

If using store-bought whipped cream, scoop out 1 cup. If making homemade whipped cream, whip heavy cream in a bowl until soft peaks form and then measure out 1 cup.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Nuts

Chop the walnuts and pecans into small pieces. Measure out 0.5 cup of each type.

Assembly

  1. 5

    Top the Cheesecake

Take your cooled cheesecake and spread a layer of whipped cream evenly on top. Arrange the prepared fruits (strawberries, blueberries, and bananas) on top of the whipped cream.

  2. 6

    Drizzle Sauces

Drizzle chocolate sauce and caramel sauce over the fruits and whipped cream in a decorative manner.

  3. 7

    Add Nuts

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and pecans over the top for added crunch and flavor.

  4. 8

    Serve

Slice the cheesecake into portions and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
