Preparing the Espresso

    Brew the Espresso

    Using an espresso machine, brew 1 cup of fresh espresso. Set aside to cool slightly.

Mixing the Drink

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, add the brewed espresso, 1 oz of Vanilla Hendrick's Gin, 1 oz of Lavender Infused Licor 43, and 1 tsp of Lavender Extract.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

Serving the Drink

    Prepare a Glass

    In a large glass, add 1 cup of blueberries and 1 cup of pineapple chunks at the bottom.

    Strain and Pour

    Strain the shaken mixture over the fruit in the glass, allowing it to mix with the flavors of the blueberries and pineapple.

    Garnish

    Garnish the drink with 2 sprigs of lavender for decoration and aroma.
