Mixing the Drink

1. Prepare the Cocktail Shaker

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the ingredients.

2. Add the Ingredients

Pour in 2 oz of Bacardi Rhum, 4 oz of pineapple juice, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of grenadine into the shaker.

3. Add the Spices

Sprinkle in 1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1 tsp of ground nutmeg, and 1 tsp of allspice into the shaker.

4. Shake Well

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well combined and chilled.

Serving the Drink

5. Prepare the Glass

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

6. Strain the Mixture

Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over the ice.

7. Garnish the Drink

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top.

8. Serve
