Preparation

1. Muddle the Mint and Sugar

In a sturdy glass or a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and granulated sugar. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the mint leaves to release their oils, combining them with the sugar. Be careful not to tear the leaves too much.

2. Add Lime Juice

Pour in 1 oz of fresh lime juice over the muddled mint and sugar mixture. Stir gently to dissolve the sugar completely.

3. Add Bacardi Rum

Add 2 oz of Bacardi White Rum to the mixture. Stir again to combine all the ingredients evenly.

4. Add Ice

Fill the glass with ice cubes, approximately 1 cup, to chill the mixture.

5. Top with Club Soda

Pour 4 oz of club soda over the ice and mixture. Stir gently to mix without losing the carbonation.

6. Garnish and Serve

Garnish your mojito with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint on top. Serve immediately with a straw or a stirring stick.
