Bacardi Silver, Jalapeño, Coconut Lime, Cointreau and Grenadine

Slice the fresh jalapeño into thin slices. Set aside for garnishing and for muddling.

Prepare the Jalapeño

In a cocktail shaker, add the Bacardi Silver rum, Cointreau, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, and half an ounce of grenadine.

Combine Ingredients

Add two of the jalapeño slices to the shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the jalapeño with the other ingredients to release its flavor.

Muddle Jalapeño

Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.

Shake the Cocktail

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass, discarding the ice.

Strain into Glass

Slowly pour the remaining grenadine into the glass. It will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.

Add Grenadine

Garnish with the remaining jalapeño slice and a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.

Garnish the Cocktail

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Cocopeño cocktail!
