In a large salad bowl, add the torn romaine lettuce, croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.

Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
