Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Hot Dogs
Take the hot dogs and make a lengthwise slit in each one, being careful not to cut all the way through. Stuff each hot dog with cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle paprika and black pepper over the stuffed hot dogs for added flavor.
