Method

Preparing the Meat

1

Marinate the Meat

In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs, pork ribs, and beef brisket. Cover with BBQ sauce and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

2

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are evenly distributed.

Making the BBQ Sauce

3

Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and starts to simmer.

4

Simmer the Sauce

Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cooking the BBQ

5

Grill the Meat

Place the marinated meats on the grill. Cook the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes per side, the pork ribs for about 15-20 minutes, and the beef brisket for about 30-40 minutes, brushing with BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.

6

Check for Doneness

Ensure that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C (165°F), the pork ribs are tender, and the beef brisket is cooked to your liking.

Preparing the Sides

7

Cook Corn on the Cob

Boil a large pot of water. Add corn on the cob and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and serve with butter and salt.

8

Prepare Coleslaw

In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix with your choice of dressing. Mix well and let it chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

9

Heat BBQ Baked Beans

In a saucepan, heat up BBQ baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
