Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Marinate the pork loin in the mojo marinade for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Roast the marinated pork loin in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest before slicing.
- 2
Assemble the Sandwich
Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise. Layer the sliced roasted pork loin, smoked ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and yellow mustard onto the bottom half of the hoagie roll.
- 3
Press the Sandwich
Close the sandwich and press it in a panini press or grill it in a skillet with a weight on top until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
- 4
Serve
Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot. Enjoy your Cuban!
