Chop the romaine and iceberg lettuces into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Dice the tomatoes and add them to the mixing bowl with the lettuces.

Slice the green and black olives and finely chop the red onion. Incorporate them into the salad mix.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
