Churros 'tres Amigos' Recipe

Combine Ingredients
Once boiling, add flour and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Add Eggs
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.

Pipe Churros
Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe long strips of dough directly into the hot oil, cutting with scissors to release.

Fry Churros
Fry churros until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Heat Cream
In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling.

Melt Chocolate
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until melted and smooth.

Add Vanilla
Stir in vanilla extract and set aside to cool slightly.
Caramel Sauce

Make Caramel
In a medium saucepan, heat granulated sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it melts and turns a golden brown.

Once melted, add butter and stir until combined.

Stir in Cream
Remove from heat and slowly add heavy cream, stirring until smooth.

Finish with Salt
Stir in sea salt and let cool slightly before serving.
Guava Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine guava paste and water.

Heat Mixture
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the guava paste dissolves.

Add Lemon Juice
Stir in lemon juice and remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly.
