Preparing the Toast
- 1
Toast the Ciabatta
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the slices of ciabatta bread on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Assembling the Toast
- 2
Add Burrata and Pesto
Once the ciabatta toast is ready, remove it from the oven. Place the burrata cheese on top of each slice of toasted ciabatta. Use a spoon to gently break open the burrata, allowing the creamy interior to spill out.
- 3
Spread Pesto
Spoon the pesto sauce evenly over the burrata on each toast slice, ensuring that each piece is generously covered.
Garnishing

Final Touches
Top each toast with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
