Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, asparagus, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 3

    Toss Everything Together

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine everything. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If desired, add grated Parmesan cheese and toss again to incorporate.

Serving

  1. 4

    Plate and Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
