    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's hot enough for baking.

    Prepare the Cake Pans

    Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.

    In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.

    In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
