Method

Cheeses Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheeses

Slice the Brie, Aged Cheddar, and Goat Cheese into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Arrange them on a serving board.

Cured Meats Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Cured Meats

Slice the Prosciutto, Salami, and Chorizo into thin pieces. Arrange them alongside the cheeses on the serving board.

Homemade Mustard Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Mustard

In a bowl, combine yellow mustard seeds, white wine vinegar, water, salt, and honey. Let it sit for at least 2 hours to soften the seeds. Blend until smooth or leave it coarse based on preference. Transfer to a small jar.

Pickled Veggies Preparation

  1. 4

    Pickle the Veggies

Slice the cucumbers, carrots, and red onion. In a saucepan, combine white wine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then pour over the sliced vegetables in a jar. Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.

Toast Points Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Toast Points

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until crisp and golden.

Serving

  1. 6

    Assemble the Wine Country Board
