Prepare the Cheeses
Slice the Brie, Aged Cheddar, and Goat Cheese into bite-sized pieces or wedges. Arrange them on a serving board.

Prepare the Cured Meats
Slice the Prosciutto, Salami, and Chorizo into thin pieces. Arrange them alongside the cheeses on the serving board.
Homemade Mustard Preparation

Make the Mustard
In a bowl, combine yellow mustard seeds, white wine vinegar, water, salt, and honey. Let it sit for at least 2 hours to soften the seeds. Blend until smooth or leave it coarse based on preference. Transfer to a small jar.

Prepare the Toast Points
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until crisp and golden.

Assemble the Wine Country Board
Arrange the prepared cheeses, cured meats, homemade mustard, pickled veggies, and toast points on a large serving board. Serve with a selection of wines.
