Fish

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

2

Marinate the Fish

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure that each fillet is well coated. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

While the fish is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

4

Grill the Fish

Remove the fish from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and has nice grill marks.

Serving

5

Plate the Dish

Carefully remove the grilled fish from the grill and place it on a serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an appealing presentation.

6

Serve and Enjoy

Serve the grilled fresh catch immediately with your favorite sides and enjoy!
