Method
Cooking the Steak

Prepare the Steak
Season the prime beef striploin with salt and black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Cook the Steak
Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the striploin and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.
Making the Chimichurri

Prepare the Chimichurri
In a bowl, combine chopped parsley, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
Cooking the Eggs and Fries

Fry the Fries
In a separate pot, heat oil for frying. Add the fries and cook until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, crack the eggs and cook sunny side up until the whites are set and yolks are still runny.
