Brine the Chicken
Brine the chicken breast in pickle juice for at least 1 hour.

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the batter.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C) for frying.

Coat the Chicken
Remove the chicken from brine, pat dry, and dip into the batter until fully coated.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the battered chicken in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Cluck Sauce
In a small bowl, mix mayo, hot sauce, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, and salt to taste to prepare the cluck sauce.

Toast the seeded bun, spread cluck sauce on both sides, and layer with fried chicken, dill pickles, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
