Directions for Pork Chop Sandwich
- 1
Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Coat the Chops

Fry the Chops
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork chops and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Prepare the Buns
Toast the seeded buns in the same skillet or in a toaster until golden.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwiches
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the fried pork chop, and drizzle with oink sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
