Directions
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patty
In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Shape it into a 4oz patty.

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patty and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until browned.
- 3
Flip and Add Cheese
Flip the patty, then place the slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted and the patty is cooked to your liking.
- 4
Toast the Bun
While the patty is cooking, cut the seeded hamburger bun in half and toast it in another skillet or toaster until golden brown.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the toasted bun, add the cooked patty with melted cheese. Top it with dill pickle slices and drizzle moo sauce according to your taste. Place the top half of the bun on the burger.
