- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with a beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken breast in flour, dip in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure an even coating.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Toss in Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken breasts with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- 5
Assemble the Sandwich
Place the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each sandwich bun. Top with blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Cover with the top half of the bun.
