Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet.
- 2
Season the Ribs
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs.
- 3
Slow Cook the Ribs
Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the oven. Cook for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- 4
Add BBQ Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven. In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar. Brush this mixture generously over the ribs.
- 5
Broil the Ribs
Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Place the ribs back in the oven (uncovered) and broil for about 10-15 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and let the ribs rest for a few minutes. Cut into portions and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
