Red Mountain, Washington. Grapes were delicately hand picked, destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks before being aged for 20 months in New American Oak. Black cherry, dried herb and hints of espresso and mocha on the nose. Very refined on the palate, with generous fine grain tannins and a dense, savory mid palate that leads to a long, pleasing finish.

Preparation Steps

Brew the Espresso

Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine. Set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare Vanilla Bean Puree

In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of housemade vanilla bean puree. If not available, blend together vanilla beans with sugar and a splash of water until smooth.

Assemble the Drink

In a tall glass, fill with ice. Pour the brewed espresso over the ice, followed by the club soda.

Add Vanilla Puree

Carefully add the vanilla bean puree to the glass, allowing it to swirl with the espresso and soda.

Garnish

Top the drink with 3 coffee beans for garnish. Serve immediately.
