Preparation Directions
- 1
Prepare the Tomatoes
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, until they are soft and slightly caramelized.
- 2
Prepare the Bread
While the tomatoes are roasting, slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 3
Assemble the Bruschetta
Once the tomatoes are roasted and the bread is toasted, remove them from the oven. On each slice of bread, place a generous spoonful of roasted tomatoes, a piece of burrata cheese, and a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves.
- 4
Finish with Glaze and Salt
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of each bruschetta and sprinkle with white truffle salt to taste.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately while the bread is still warm.
