Prime Rib Preparation

Slow Roast the Prime Rib
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Place the prime rib on a roasting rack and roast for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours or until it reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium rare).

Rest the Meat
Remove the prime rib from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine prepared horseradish, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

Bake the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce the potatoes with a fork, rub with butter and salt, then wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.

Prepare Toppings
Once baked, cut open each potato and add butter, sour cream, and chopped chives.

Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and melted butter, and mix until a dough forms.

Knead and Rise
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
