Roast the Prime Rib
Roast in the preheated oven until it reaches your desired doneness, about 1.5 to 2 hours for medium-rare, depending on the size.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing.

Make the Horseradish Sauce
In a bowl, mix horseradish, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
