Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the garlic focaccia bread into cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

In a large bowl, chop the romaine hearts and red cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Add the grated Parmesan cheese on top.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt, and pepper until well combined.
