BBQ Sauce

    Combine Ingredients

    In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

    Simmer

    Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Adjust Flavor

    Taste and add hot sauce to your desired spice level. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.

    Cool and Store

    Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Spicy Mayo

    Mix Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.

    Whisk Together

    Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

    Taste and Adjust

    Taste the mayo and adjust spiciness or seasoning as needed.

    Transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use.

    In a mixing bowl, soften the butter at room temperature.

    Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped basil, and salt to the softened butter.
