Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add Seafood
Pour in the white wine (or substitute with tomato sauce), then add the clams and mussels. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes.

Incorporate Shrimp
Add the shrimp and halved cherry tomatoes, season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the shells of the clams and mussels have opened.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
