Add Aromatics
Stir in minced garlic and diced red bell pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Create the Broth
Add crushed tomatoes, fish stock (or clam juice), and white wine to the pot. Stir to combine.

Season the Stew
Add bay leaves, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Add Seafood
Once simmering, add shrimp, clams, mussels, and market fish. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the clams and mussels open up and the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Finish and Serve
Remove from heat, discard any unopened clams or mussels. Stir in chopped parsley and serve hot with crusty bread.
