Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned.
- 4
Prepare the Marinara
While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- 5
Serve
Once the meatballs are done, serve them hot with marinara sauce over pasta, or as a sub sandwich.
