Plaza Sandwich or Salad

Kettle Chips

Cream Puffs

Method

Plaza Sandwich or Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Sandwich

Start by layering the sliced turkey breast onto one slice of whole grain bread.

  2. 2

Add Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey.

  3. 3

Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on top of the cheese.

  4. 4

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the second slice of bread, then place it on top to complete the sandwich.

  5. 5

If making a salad instead, chop the turkey, cheese, lettuce, and tomato into bite-sized pieces and toss them in a bowl.

Kettle Chips

  1. 6

    Serve the Chips

Open the bag of kettle-cooked potato chips and portion them into a small bowl or serve directly from the bag.

Cream Puffs

  1. 7

    Prepare the Cream Puffs

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry dough on a floured surface and cut it into small circles.

  2. 8

Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

  3. 9

Once cooled, fill each puff with pastry cream using a piping bag.

  4. 10

Dust the finished cream puffs with powdered sugar before serving.
