In a shaker, combine 120 ml Clean & Co Tequila Alternative with 60 ml fresh lime juice. Do not add ice yet.
Add 1 cup pineapple chunks to the shaker and muddle gently to release pineapple juice and aroma.
Add 60 ml Strawberry Jalapeño Syrup and stir to blend with the pineapple-tinged lime mixture.
Add 2 cups ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the mixture evenly into two chilled glasses.
Top each drink with 120 ml Club soda (optional) for fizz. Garnish with a lime wheel, a pineapple wedge, and a strawberry slice. Serve immediately.
