Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, clean and slice the mushrooms, chop the Roma tomatoes, and cut the bell pepper into strips. Also, wash the spinach and broccoli florets.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.

  5. 5

    Incorporate Spinach and Tomatoes

Add the fresh spinach and chopped Roma tomatoes to the skillet. Stir and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts.

  6. 6

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
