In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the crab filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. You can also bring the two corners of the triangle together to form a little pouch if desired. Repeat until all wrappers are filled.
