Assemble the Spring Rolls
- 4
Prepare the Wrappers
Lay a spring roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing towards you.
- 5
Fill the Wrapper
Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger filling onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Seal the edge with a little water.

Repeat
Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Fry the Spring Rolls
- 7
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 8
Fry the Rolls
Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy.
- 9
Drain and Serve
Remove the fried spring rolls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
