Brunch Tomahawk
Method
Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Mexican chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Steak
Rub the marinade all over the Tomahawk steak, making sure to coat it evenly. Place it in a resealable bag or a dish, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- 3
Grill the Steak
Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the steak from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Grill the Tomahawk steak for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature (130°F for medium-rare).

Serve
Once the steak is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced steak on a platter with warm tortillas, diced avocado, chopped cilantro, sour cream, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced radishes on the side.
