Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in the raisins until evenly distributed.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
