Clean the Crabs
Rinse the fresh Maryland blue crabs under cold water to remove any dirt or debris. Use a brush if necessary.

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the large onion, mince the garlic cloves, and cut the lemon into wedges. Rinse the parsley and chop it coarsely.
Cooking

Boil the Crabs
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water and 1 cup of white vinegar to a rolling boil. Add 2 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning to the boiling mixture.

Add the Crabs
Carefully add the cleaned crabs to the pot. Cover and let them cook for about 15-20 minutes until they turn a bright orange color.

Plate the Crabs
Using tongs, carefully remove the crabs from the pot and place them on a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the crabs and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
