Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the salmon fillets to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Cut the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into thick strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place them on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.

  2. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, place the vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Plate the salmon fillets alongside the grilled vegetables. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.

  2. 8

    Serve Immediately

Serve the grilled salmon and vegetables warm, with additional lemon wedges on the side if desired.
