Dip each shrimp first into the flour mixture, ensuring it is coated evenly. Shake off any excess flour, then dip it into the egg wash, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the shrimp in bread crumbs, pressing lightly to ensure they adhere. Repeat for all shrimp.

Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test the temperature by dropping a small piece of bread into the oil; it should sizzle and brown quickly.
