Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the lump crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, eggs, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Be careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Form the Cakes
Once combined, use your hands to form the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place the patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Cakes
Carefully add the crab cakes to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
