Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Cook the Wings
In a large oven-safe pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat them evenly.

In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and crumbled blue cheese until well combined.

Cover the dressing with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
