Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.

In a large pot, bring 20 cups of water to a boil. Add 10 cups of rice and cook according to package instructions until fluffy. Set aside.
