Prepare Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Arrange the buffalo wings on a serving platter with celery sticks on the side. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
